Jennifer Collins began writing novels in 2020, after retiring from a long career in physical therapy and higher education. Her debut novel, Comfort in the Wings, and its sequels, Wonders in the Waves, and Bridges Between Our Hearts comprise the Love That Does Not Die Trilogy. These emotionally satisfying books tell the story of Larissa and her family navigating the joys and tragedies of life. Collins then turned her efforts, with the help of a long-time colleague, to non-fiction, chronicling stories of people who have discovered rewarding life paths in spite of predictions they would do otherwise. Unlikely to Unstoppable weaves these inspiring personal accounts into a tribute to 'everyday entrepreneurs'. Collins' writing earned her the MartinArts Council 2023 Award in the Literary Arts. She spends her time writing and running a family business alongside her eldest son. She does both from her family home in upstate New York and Hutchinson Island in Florida.
