As well as authoring eight other manuals and books, his work is widely used in HVAC/R training programs, vocational colleges, apprenticeships, and continuing¿education platforms across global markets.Scott has served as a liaison to a major energy utility, delivering advanced instruction for staff, technicians, and contractors on system¿optimization technologies, regulatory compliance, quality¿assurance maintenance, and energy¿efficiency programs. In the European Union, his training programs are aligned with established regulatory and technical priorities, including F¿Gas regulations, EcoDesign requirements, EPBD directives, EN standards, and high¿efficiency system performance criteria.
