B.T.P. Madhav wurde 1981 in Indien, A.P., geboren. Er erwarb 2001, 2003, 2007 und 2009 die Abschlüsse B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA und M.Tech an der Nagarjuna University, A.P., Indien. Er promovierte im Bereich Antennen an der K L University. Er hat 205 Forschungsarbeiten verfasst und zwei Bücher über Antennen geschrieben. Er ist Gutachter für mehrere Fachzeitschriften.
