David R. King is Higdon Professor of Management at Florida State University, USA.   His research focuses on complementary resources, merger and acquisition (M&A) integration and performance, technology innovation, and defense procurement.  Anjali Bansal is Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management at IIM Lucknow, India. She is an avid researcher in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and elaborates on integration, HR policies, stakeholders' sensemaking, and managers' sensegiving during M&A. In addition, Anjali also researches in the area of leaders' communication and decision-making during change.
