Dr. Mbabazi Mbabazize is a senior executive with a PhD in Development Economics. He has researched widely on human development issues in Africa as well as in Latin America. He has been a Senior Lecturer in the University of Rwanda's College of Agricultural Economics (UR-CAVM), JKUAT, Pan African University (PAUWES) and Nkumba University.
