Autorenporträt
Mike Orlock has been honored for his writing by the Illinois Arts Council, the Wisconsin Writers Association, and the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets. In 2021, he was named Poet Laureate of Door County. In the decades before he retired to Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and the Door Peninsula, he taught generations of high school students about the fun and glory of reading great literature that is sometimes serious.
