Multitalentoso, Robert es a la vez director de la escuela y encargado de I+D de LOV ferments. Barcelona native by birth, nomad by heart. Robert Ruiz Moreno worked for years as an itinerant chef in the most remote places on the planet. There he polished and shaped his fermented classification, which he would derive into his KamideDeus project. He was dedicated to fermenting the world, not a day goes by without him conducting a new experiment. Robert is both director of the school and head of R&D at LOV ferments.
