The book is collection of articles on the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 Constitutional Review, in September, 2020; following an invitation to the stakeholders and general public for the submission and presentation to office of the Committee on the review, on the issues raised by the National Assembly towards the review of 1999 Nigeria Constitution by all stakeholders. Academics and readers will particularly find the collections of articles useful to understand the terrain of the Constitution of Nigeria and make a comparison with others from Ghina, Zambia, Kenya, South Africa, UK and the United States of America. The strategy is in line with methods of modern constitution-making processes that emphasises public participation; to the end that readers are encouraged to take keen interest in understanding how constitution-amendment processes in advanced democracies like the United States of America works. The Book does not contain a conclusive discussion on all topics surrounding constitution but in deed a cross-selection by the author. The suggestions in the review if strictly adhered to, will in no doubt ameliorate the suffering condition in Nigeria.
