Autorenporträt
Jagna Mucha, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Chair of Transnational Law, Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, Poland. Her academic interests revolve around EU and transnational law, different methods of consumer law enforcement and the problem of access to justice. She conducted several studies in this field, among others, at the Harvard Law School, the University of Oxford and Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. She is a grant holder of the scholarships of Foundation for Polish Science (Fundacja na rzecz Nauki Polskiej), German Academic Exchange Service (Deuscher Akademischer Austauschdienst), Köciuszko Foundation and Polish National Science Centre (Narodowe Centrum Nauki).
