Such a method is first immensely personal since the Creed begins with "I believe." Alfonso Espinosa is the senior pastor at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Irvine, California (LCMS). He has authored the Faith and Culture series including Faith That Shines in the Culture (2023). Espinosa has an MDiv from Concordia Theological Seminary, an MA in Christian apologetics from Biola University, La Mirada, and a PhD in theology from the University of Birmingham, England. He serves as chair of the board for National Mission of the LCMS. He and his wife Traci have been blessed with eleven grandchildren.
