Cleophus (Cleo) P. Franklin, Jr. is a Houston-based entrepreneur, University of Houston-Downton adjunct professor, and retired award-winning business executive. He is the author of two leadership and professional development books (Coffee with Cleo and Lessons From our Mothers and Fathers). He is also the founder of Franklin Strategic Solutions and the Franklin Leadership Foundation. Franklin graduated from Morningside University and received his MBA from the Univesity of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Kenan Flagler Business School.
