Autorenporträt

Paty is a Brazilian born journalist who has dedicated the past twenty years to the wellness arts of yoga, meditation and dance. While in Brazil, she has written and published several articles and booklets on diverse subjects such as medicinal herbs, music and arts, as well as ancient history and more. Paty is incredibly passionate about the idea that love is the core energy within all that exists and most of her latest writings are related to relationships, self love and gratitude. She leads trainings and international retreats in which playful exercises and contact with nature become transformational tools to each attendee.
