Meighan Melsheimer is an assistant principal with over seventeen years of experience in education. She specializes in leadership and organizational development, curriculum design, strategic planning, and coaching. She has consulted with educational, nonprofit, corporate, and federal organizations. Meighan has served as a district administrator in Pasco County Schools specializing in literacy supports for over fifty schools grades K-12. She has served as a conference speaker, panelist, and curricular expert. Currently, she serves as an assistant principal of a new school for grades 6-8. Meighan earned a bachelor's degree in special education and a master's degree in secondary English education and educational leadership from the University of South Florida.
