Issue: The rapid development of COVID-19 vaccines raises concerns about vaccine reluctance. Purpose: To assess healthcare workers' perceptions of COVID-19 vaccination. Patients and methods: Prospective, descriptive and analytical observational study of healthcare workers at Mahrès regional hospital. Results: One hundred and two personnel agreed to participate in the survey. Collective interest (reducing the spread of the virus) was the most frequently expressed reason for vaccination (50%). Acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine was estimated at 79.5%. The frequency of complete vaccination against SARS-Cov2 was significantly higher among men (p=0.024), as well as among participants aged over 40 (p=0.032). Physicians were more likely to request vaccination (p=0.044). Finally, 7.9% of participants were not at all convinced by the COVID-19 vaccine received. Conclusion: Men, advanced age, physicians, previous influenza vaccination and self-assessed risk were positive predictive factors for COVID-19 vaccination.
