Prof Dr Gautam Anand né le 6 février 1973. Il a fait le MBBS (1998) de MGMMCH, Jamshedpur et le MD (2006) (PSY) de PMCH, anciennement connu sous le nom de Prince of Wales Medical college, en Inde. Il a reçu une médaille d'or et une distinction à l'UG. Il est reconnu comme un enseignant de troisième cycle, un mentor et un professeur et directeur de la psychiatrie de la MMCH, UP,i Inde.
