He brings a deep understanding of leadership and life's challenges, sharing the practical insights and tools he's learned along the way so that he can help others find their true purpose and create awesome in their lives. Douglas lives in Markham, Ontario, with his spouse, Sara. He is a licensed insurance broker in Ontario through RIBO and is certified by the John Maxwell Organization for speaking and coaching. He also holds a Risk Management Designation (CRM) in Ontario. When he's not writing, Douglas enjoys working in his yard, woodworking, often giving new life to old furniture and window frames. He also loves cycling and has completed the Ride to Conquer Cancer multiple times.
