Glen A. Jones is a professor in the Department of Theory and Policy Studies in Education and an associate dean at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. Patricia L. McCarney is an associate professor in the Department of Political Science and the Munk Centre for International Studies and is Associate Vice President, International Research and Development, at the University of Toronto. Michael L. Skolnik is a professor in the Department of Theory and Policy Studies in Education and the William G. Davis Chair in Community College Leadership at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto.
