Sushmita Biswal Waraich is an Associate Professor at Amity University, Noida (India). She has a PhD from University of Delhi (India), with a specialization in Industrial/Organisational Psychology. Her academic interests broadly encompass OB, HRM, Organisation Change and Development, Innovative and Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Psychometric assessments. Kavita Singh is Professor in Organization Behaviour, Organization Development and Change at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi (India). Her teaching experience spanning over 36 years, she has an MA, an MPhil in Psychology and a PhD in Management from University of Delhi.
