Professor Sylvanus MUSHI BONANE ist Doktor der Rechtswissenschaften der Universität Kinshasa, wo er seit dem akademischen Jahr 2014-2015 bis heute den Kurs Kriminalpsychologie unterrichtet. Ebenso unterrichtet er dasselbe Fach an der Protestantischen Universität des Kongo. Er ist Rechtsanwalt an den Berufungsgerichten von Kinshasa-Gombe und Süd-Kivu.
