Juanfran de la Cruz (Barcelona, 1979) Periodista de formación y vocación, lleva más de veinte años desarrollando su carrera profesional en medios de comunicación, entidades, equipos e instituciones. Ha tenido la inmensa fortuna de conocer una redacción de las antiguas y ha vivido intensamente la transición hacia las modernas. Ahora también se pelea con los algoritmos y los posicionamientos. Gran amante de las carreras populares y del cicloturismo, una lesión le obligó hace un par de años, muy a su pesar, a tener que colgar la bicicleta. Pero su pasión se mantiene intacta. Ha publicado y participado en varios libros de temática ciclista, y en ellos La Vuelta siempre ha recibido una mirada especial. En el catálogo de Libros de Ruta se puede encontrar Gustaaf Deloor, de la Vuelta a la luna (2018), una obra sobre la figura del primer ganador de la carrera que ha sido traducida al neerlandés.
