Autorenporträt
DAN VOICH, JR. is Professor of Management in the College of Business, Florida State University. His special areas of interest include: systems theory and analysis, organization and management theory, comparative systems, and policy formulation and decision making. He has co-authored six books. LEE P. STEPINA is a faculty member of the Management department and Director of the Center for Human Resource Management at Florida State University. He has published many journal articles and has been the principal investigator and research associate on projects dealing with compensation and human resources related to information technology.
