Anson Gonzalez is the founder, publisher, and editor of The New Voices, a literary journal dedicated to showcasing Caribbean writers. He is also the founder of the New Voices book publishing imprint and the New Voices Newsletter. He is the winner of the 1988 Writers' Union Writer of the Year Award.
