Cruising the Solar System: Bellwether Bob The third book in the Bellwether Bob trilogy by award-winning, international author* Robert Alan Haviland. If you enjoyed the first two Bellwether Bob books, you'll love this finale! It's not your typical science fiction, but quirky, comfortable, and full of heart. Come along with Bellwether Bob and Ruby as they make new extraterrestrial friends and travel between Alaska, Hawaii, and dwarf planet Haumea - with short excursions around the solar system. But did this fascinating adventure start with Bob and Ruby's interesting camping trip to Byers Lake - where they met green-skinned Fieran, his trip to Hawaii - when he met Mark Twain, or even earlier than that? And what role did Star Trek, the six-fingered Admiral, and those dragonflies have to do with it all? Come along with Bob as he earns his Ensign pips and saves the solar system! ------ *Award-winning: A drinking buddy gave him a high five. International Author: For reasons only that leprechaun knows, three paperback copies of his first book sold in Italy.
Autorenporträt
Robert Alan Haviland was born and raised in Connecticut. After he served in the Army Infantry, he settled in Alaska and worked again for the Army, but as a civilian. It was during his time in Alaska he met his wife-to-be, Jewel Petersen, a native of Hawaii, who also chose to call Alaska home. Sadly, Jewel passed in 2021 and he stayed in what they both considered their home state - Alaska!
