Ronald Lephodisa verfügt über mehr als sieben Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Human Capital Management. Zu seinen beruflichen Stationen gehören Positionen als Einzelhandelsmanager, leitender Verwaltungsbeamter, Organisationsentwicklungsberater und Personalleiter. Er hat einen Bachelor of Arts in Sozialwissenschaften (UB) und einen Master of Science in Strategischem Management (Universität Derby, Großbritannien).
