Balázs Dobos is Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Minority Studies within the ELTE Centre for Social Sciences in Budapest, Hungary. His research focuses on the political and legal situation, the political participation and representation of national and ethnic minorities through various institutional channels in Hungary and in the broader Central and Eastern European region.
