Dr. Yimin Cai Professor, Zhengzhou University, China Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences (JIRCAS), Japan Professor Yimin Cai holds a PhD in Animal Science from Ehime University, Japan. He was formerly the chief researcher at the National Agricultural Research Organization of Japan. He is currently the senior researcher at the Japan International Research Center for Agricultural Sciences and a distinguished professor at Zhengzhou University. He has won the Japan Grassland Society Award and the Japan Animal Husbandry Award, published more than 200 papers. His current main research directions are agricultural production and food security, development and utilization of agricultural and sideline product resources, carbon neutrality in animal husbandry, and sustainable agricultural development. Dr. Kazuo Ataku Professor, Rakuno Gakuen University, Hokkaido, Hokkaido, Japan Prof. Kazuo Ataku is a former president of Rakuno Gakuen University, Japan and is currently a Prof. Emeritus. His specialty is dairy cow feed, particularly research on silage fermentation control. He developed the first lactic acid bacteria product for silage in Japan in 1986. He is a distinguished service member of the Japanese Society of Animal Science. He has won the Japanese Society of Grassland Science Award, the Livestock Technology Association Award, and the Utsunomiya (Dairy Farming Leadership) Award. He has served as a visiting Prof. at Inner Mongolia University, Xinjiang Agricultural University, and Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities in China.
