Dmitry Andreevich Chuikov was born on 12 May 1992 in Mosty, Grodno Region, Republic of Belarus. In 2010, he graduated from the Minsk Suvorov Military School. In the same year, he enrolled at the State Educational Institution 'Institute of Border Service of the Republic of Belarus', where he began to actively develop the field of political and legal support for national security.
