This work aims to contribute to the process of training and working with education professionals by projecting itself as a possible research alternative, exposing the steps of a degree course in the face of technical rationality. There is a lot of talk about the limitations of Brazilian education, the unevenness of study areas, which implies that some areas are undervalued; inadequate classrooms and buildings in teaching and learning institutions; insufficient funds to maintain courses and schools. This text presents ways of pointing out that the limitations mentioned are not the result of chance, but of a rationality that, as well as legitimising compromising contradictions, encourages what is understood as coercion in education.

Kunstpädagoge, Drehbuchautor und Theaterpädagoge mit einem Master-Abschluss in Pädagogik, einem Abschluss in Theater und einem Bachelor-Abschluss in darstellender Kunst. Neben seiner Tätigkeit als Grundschullehrer hat er in verschiedenen ergänzenden Bildungseinrichtungen gearbeitet, z. B. in Sozialhilfezentren. Er setzt sich für die Rechte von Kindern und Jugendlichen ein.
