Equated monthly installment (EMI) systems are now widely used. The phrase "EMI" appears frequently in daily life. Loans are one of the most conventional services that the banking sector and several private financial firms offer to customers. Equated monthly installment (EMI) system is a method where you can pay the lender back for any type of loan, including school loans, mortgages, auto loans, and personal loans. Bank loans are an important source of funding for periodic payment systems like the Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI) option for business loans, housing loans, vehicle loans, and mortgages. To determine the factors that affect loan borrowing by EMI, the researcher examined the loan borrower's satisfaction level with the EMI option in commercial banks and private financial institutions. This study is an attempt to analyze the customers' perception regarding equated monthly instalment (EMI) in the block of Haripal, Hooghly. A study among 61 respondents found that most, particularly low-income individuals, were dissatisfied with the EMI loan facility, using a structured questionnaire and statistical analysis.
