Julius Mugweru was born on 5th september 1982. He attended his graduate studies at jomokenyatta university of agriculture and technology-kenya and later proceeded for a masters degree at the same institute. He is currently working as project manager at jkuat.Julius is passionate about project management, monitoring & evaluation .
