This research carried out an assessment of land development and planning regulations in Lokoja, Nigeria by comparing formal and non-formal residential land development.

Born in April 1983 and currently residing in Nigeria. She obtained a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and an MSc in Urban Management and Development from IHS, Erasmus University -The Netherlands. Currently, lecturing at The Federal Polytechnic, Idah. She is interested in Urban Environment and Land Governance
