Chelsea Hobson holds a BSN from Abilene Christian University and has worked as an RN with specialities in oncology, bone marrow transplant, and children's trauma for 4 years. As a Type 1 Diabetic herself, she recognized the need for better education for children dealing with diabetes. This insight led her to write her debut children's book, Dancing with Diabetes, aiming to inspire self-acceptance and empowerment among diabetic children.Chelsea enjoys spending her free time with family or embarking on thrilling adventures, such as hiking and skydiving. She and her beloved Shih Tzu, Dior, reside in Fort Worth, Texas.
