Monét Lynne Clark is a licensed professional counselor of mental health (LPCMH). Her experience in the mental health field spans over fifteen years of working with school-aged children, teenagers, and families. Because of her own struggles with anxiety and poor self-esteem, she now recognizes that self-confidence can be developed at any age, but it is especially important for young children. Monét is passionate about creating books to help parents and young children gain confidence in talking about their feelings and emotions. Her goal is to help others bloom and let their lights shine!Monét currently works as a licensed therapist. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, writing, and listening to music.
