Carol Hazelwood, a graduate of the University of California in Criminology, lives in southern California. In 1986 she revitalized the Newport Beach Literacy Pro-gram. She claims to be a Jill of many trades and a master of none. Her interest in research is a necessity for her novels. She's active in sports that include swim-ming, ping pong, and Bocce, as well as participating in a women's golf putting club. She's a widow with three married sons, four grandchildren and two great grandsons. Writing is her passion and her joy.
