Dr. Peter Madzík currently works as a researcher at Department of Management, Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. Previously he worked as a researcher at Faculty of Economics, Technical University in Liberec, Czech Republic, and as an associate professor at Faculty of Education, Catholic University in Ruomberok. Slovakia. His research interests lay in the field of quality management, supply chain management, digitalization, and operational excellence. Dr. Lukáš Copuš is an associate professor at the Department of Management, Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia, teaching organizational cultures, organizational cultures (European features), organizational systems, introduction to management. His research interest includes human resources management and organizational behavior, namely topics such as to-be employees’ role models and organizational cultures. His international experience also includes attending numerous mobilities at universities abroad focused on studying, teaching, and research activities. Dr. Karol ¿arnogurský currently works as an assistant professor at Department of Management, Faculty of Education, Catholic University in Ruomberok. His research involves topics related to digitalization, marketing, customer relationship management, and corporate social responsibility. He published several research papers in well-known management journals. He is currently involved in several research projects focused on application of progressive digital technologies in service and manufacturing companies.
