Paul "Gravy" Kent Graeve is a seasoned data expert and entrepreneur with thirty years of experience in data management and strategy. As the founder and CEO of The Data Group, he has led his company in simplifying data systems for over 300 clients across the U.S., helping businesses streamline how they own, discover, and use their data effectively. Shaped by the mentorship of his father--a commercial real estate CEO and former Iowa farm boy--Graeve learned the value of diligence, leadership, and strategic thinking from a young age. These principles continue to guide him in his work and life, carrying through to his role as husband and father--his greatest passions in life. Graeve also attributes his continual personal growth to his local church pastor Chris Hodges, to whom he owes his eternity (and for which he is eternally grateful). Today "Data Coach Gravy" is a respected author and thought leader devoted to sharing his insights and empowering companies to become data-driven businesses in a data-centric world. When he's not coming up with new data strategies for his customers, Gravy enjoys riding bikes with his precious daughter Hammy, walking his dogs Scoobs and Taz as well as his wife's crazy, deaf twelve-pound morkie, and attempting, so far without success, to convince his wife to go by the name "Biscuit."
