Stephen Francis Montagna grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He has been a writer for over ten years; The Scorpion's Daughter is the author's twenty-second novel. He currently lives in the Florida Keys, where he interviews media, elected politicians, and government officials and vigilantly analyzes potential terrorist threats.
