Sue Berg is a Wisconsin native and a cheerleader for the Midwestern way of life. The beauty of Wisconsin, the authenticity of its people, and the rural way of life are all ideals she incorporates into her novels. Since retiring from a teaching career that spanned thirty-two years, Sue has pursued writing full-time and has completed six novels in the award-winning Driftless Mystery Series set in coulees and bluffs of La Crosse, Wisconsin and Death at the Dentist, the first novel in The Dirty Business Mystery Series, which features housecleaner, Sonja Hovland and her blue-collar cohorts. Sue resides in the beautiful Driftless Area near Viroqua, Wisconsin with her husband, Alan. She enjoys gardening, quilting, writing, and camping on the Mississippi River with her family.
