Tense, authentic, compelling - a tumultuous 24 hours in Beijing, as witnessed by those involved. Beijing chokes under toxic yellow skies as young environmental activists gather in Tiananmen Square, demanding the right to breathe clean air. What starts as a peaceful protest becomes a day that will change seven lives forever. Leon Berger's prescient thriller captures modern China with devastating authenticity-where speaking truth can be dangerous and some stories may never be told.
