Darkness tells a story so does the incandescent flames. Our memories, often dulcet, can be brutal. What if one day memory is only of the present; there is no past? Wars around have weakened our emotions; the right and wrong brewing a daiquiri, of what is left now is bargaining for peace. Death, Darkness and the Divine is an amalgamation of poetry to reflect on the propinquity to life; not only the bliss in harmony but the proximity to the eternal truths. Can we ever escape death? Women for so long entrapped in patriarchal hegemony beg for freedom, can we hear those voices? In the wake of life, the 'One' has been forgotten, how do we then embrace the 'sacred name'?
