The second focus of this book was to determine the influence of gender norms on decision-making pattern among working and non-working women in their families. Findings revealed that most of women tended to have non-traditional ideologies on their rights towards their decision making. Lastly, the book determined the relationship between socio-economic resources and woman's decision-making power. The results revealed that a resource such as monthly income is positively related to the decision making pattern of working women in financial management.
