"This edition of the publication reflects fundamental shifts in the current thinking of scientific workers responsible for solving the development of individual levels of science (theoretical, academic and practical) with a high degree of reflection of the existing thinking and approach for today - hypermodern age of the 21st century. The author introduces in an accessible way the area of knowledge that leads to transformations of human life leading to the interconnection of social policy and social work. In this concept it is very difficult to define clear intersections of this diffusion process that is closely related to the respect for justice and humanity, which exist between the responsibility of the individual and the social responsibility. The liberalism of these processes shifts social policy, the reflection of the history of social thinking and social work to those disciplines that receive a mandate from the society leading to a change of individuals (...) The monograph is an original scientific work of the author and represents means of diffusion in the theoretical and empirical field of social policy and social work." (prof. dr. Beáta Balogová, PhD.)
