Omar Talal Hamid è nato in Iraq nel 1987. Ha conseguito il Bachelor in Software Engineer nel 2011 presso il Technical-College di Kirkuk e il Master in Computer Engineer nel 2014 presso la Cankaya University in Turchia. Ha pubblicato numerosi articoli internazionali su dispositivi embedded e applicazioni di sanità elettronica.
