Autorenporträt
Phillip Mulligan grew up in the Genesee Valley of western New York State on a farm he was sure he would never leave; then he did. With his wife Susan, they moved a young family, some sheep and chickens to central Vermont where they lived for almost forty years. There Phillip made a career in building and renovating people's homes while fostering a writing practice along the way. They now live in Lebanon, NH.
