Fabiola Sfodera, an Associate Professor of Marketing at Sapienza University of Rome, specializes in tourism marketing and destination management. With a background in Economics and a Ph.D. in Marketing, she has extensive experience in research, consultancy, and international projects. She has authored numerous publications and serves on editorial and DMO boards.

Xinran Lehto is a Professor in the White Lodging J.W. Marriott, Jr. School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Purdue University and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Destination Marketing & Management. She specializes in experience design, management, and marketing in tourism and hospitality, and advocates for a well-being paradigm that positions well-being as both a business imperative and a social responsibility.
