However, up to date empirical evidence evident that, a considerable number of undergraduates currently studying in universities in various countries suffer from a greater degree of stress. Hence, this book was initiated with the prime purpose of identifying significant determinants of stress undergraduates; with special reference to Sri Lanka. This book systematically explores (building on the findings of a social research) the determinants of stress of university undergraduates. It is hoped that this book will assist undergraduates to deal with stress and help them to advance their knowledge and the skill on coping strategies as well.
