The self-financing capacity is and remains a problem to which we have devoted a particular reflection for a normal survival of the health structures in the concern to offer to the populations of quality health care. Thus we conducted a research on the subject Determinants of the self-financing capacity at the General Hospital of reference of Kamina whose objective is to determine the self-financing capacity of the said structure. After investigations, we came to the conclusion that the Kamina General Hospital operated without a budget, that hospital accounting was weak, that there was no policy of equity in the pricing of care to users, and that hospital services were poorly used. And we noted the low level of self-financing capacity of the hospital under review.
