Learner autonomy abilities in writing can be developed using web-based asynchronous peer feedback as proven by the study. Learners from all backgrounds could experience learning using the same method. The 'Developing Learner Autonomy Abilities in a Web-based Asynchronous Peer Feedback (WAPF) Learning Environment Model' built from this study could assist the learning process. It is hoped that this study would be helpful to many people.
