Elle a 15 ans d'expérience dans l'enseignement et l'apprentissage en tant que membre du personnel académique et coordinatrice de programme à l'école de commerce du groupe Sunway Education en Malaisie. Elle prépare actuellement un doctorat en éducation (gestion de l'éducation).
