The results of the research show that methodological and methodological tools, techniques and methods for accounting for the volumes of medical and environmental services, their social assessment and performance indicators make it possible to form sustainable management of innovative cluster systems, investment programmes in the field of medical ecology, social and preventive services provided, and create a basis for state regulation of entrepreneurship in the field of effective nature use.
